About the Role
Oak Level Services is a locally owned handyman and home repair company serving Southwest Montana Area. We’re hiring an experienced handyman technician who can take a job from the first walkthrough to final cleanup without hand-holding. If you’ve spent years doing general home repairs, installations, and maintenance — and you take pride in leaving every job site cleaner than you found it — we’d like to meet you.
This is a part-time role, 25 to 35 hours per week. Pay depends on your experience and your work ethic. Our company is built on teamwork, honesty, integrity, respect, and dedication, and we’re looking for someone who works the same way.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Complete a wide range of home repair, installation, and maintenance jobs on your own
- Assess the work on-site, plan the approach, and see it through start to finish
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners before, during, and after the job
- Keep job sites clean and organized and leave every home better than you found it
- Represent the company with honesty, integrity, and professionalism on every visit
What We’re Looking For
- Several years of hands-on handyman or trade experience across multiple types of work
- Confident working independently — you don’t need someone checking your work to get it right
- A strong, self-motivated work ethic; your pay reflects it
- Reliable, punctual, and respectful with customers and teammates
- Available 25–35 hours per week
